Liam is a fantastic trainer. As someone that trained Muay Thai for a while , he has made the transition to boxing a smooth one for me . He is very patient and very friendly . Also there are some exercises I cannot do due to my back pain but Liam has a tailor made approach to training
meaning he is a great instructor for anyone! Would highly recommend
